Kasultanan Samudera Pasai

Kasultanan Pasai, tanamo juo sabagai Samudera Darussalam, atau Samudera Pasai, adolah karajaan Islam nan talatak di pasisia pantai utara Sumatera, kurang labiah di sakitar Kota Lhokseumawe jo Aceh Utara, Provinsi Aceh, Indonesia.
Alun baitu banyak bukti arkeologis tantang karajaan iko untuak dapek digunokan sabagai bahan kajian sijarah.[1] Namun babarapo sijarawan mamulai manalusuri kabaradoan karajaan iko basumber dari Hikayat Rajo-rajo Pasai,[2] dan iko dikaikkan jo babarapo makan rajo sarato panamuan koin babahan ameh jo perak nan barukia namo rajo.[3]
Karajaan iko didirikan dek Marah Silu, nan bagala Sultan Malik as-Saleh, sakitar taun 1267. Kabaradoan karajaan iko juo tacantum dalam kitab Rihlah ila l-Masyriq (Manjalajah ka Timur) karya Abu Abdullah ibn Batuthah (1304-1368), panjalajah Maroko nan singgah ka nagari iko pado taun 1345. Kasultanan Pasai akhianyo runtuah salapeh sarangan Portugih pado taun 1521.[4]
