Aqidah atau akidah (Arab: عقيدة‎ dibaco ʿaqīdah, jamak عقائد dibacoʿaqāʾid) nan sacaro bahaso bamukasuik 'ikatan' atau 'sangkutan' atau mambuhuakan sasuatu. Istilah ko mangacu kapado kredo[1] atau kaimanan.

Banyak ulama maagiah pandangan babeda soal definisi aqidah. Pokok-pokok kaimanan buliah disabuik sabagai salah satu contoh aqidah. Namun, istilah ko lah sacaro signifikan dipakai dalam sijarah jo teologi Islam, marujuak pado hal-hal nan manjadi landasan kayakinan umaik Islam. Iko adolah cabang studi Islam nan manjelahan sistem kapicayoan Islam.

Rukun Iman[suntiang | suntiang sumber]

Rukun iman nan anam, basumber dari Quran jo Sunnah,[2] nan musti ditarimo kasado Muslim. Samantaro ado pabedaan antaro Syiah jo Sunni sarato aliran-aliran Islam nan lain takaik sipaik-sipaik katuhanan atau tantang malaikaik, sadangkan rukun iman nan anam ko dapek batarimo dek sadonyo.

Rukun iman nan anam dalam Sunni yaitu:

  1. Picayo ka Allah jo tauhid (monoteisme)
  2. Picayo ado malaikaik
  3. Picayo pado kitab-kitab Allah[3]
  4. Picayo ado nabi jo rasul
  5. Picayo ado hari kiamaik jo hari babangkik
  6. Picayo adonyo takadia
